Rasor Rev RASOR™ REV System includes:
Komatsu's RASOR™ REV Fine Plasma Cutting System sets a new standard for precision thermal cutting. This newest models of high definition plasma cutting machines boast rapid traverse speed capable of 1200 inches per minute, an open table design to accommodate deep parts, and interface capability with third party CAD/CAM systems. Cutting capacities include mild steel up to 1" (25.4 mm), aluminum up to 3/4" (19 mm) and stainless up to 3/4" (19 mm).

KCT continues to offer service, support, consumable and spare part sales for these machines. Used models of these machines are sometimes available.

Controller Upgrades consisting of controller boards, new computers, and touch screens are available!

For a new machine, consider the Komatsu Twister TFP3051 5 x 10 with 30 kW Fine Plasma (150 Amp) or the large table sizes of the Komatsu TFPL Series with 30 kW (150 Amp) or 60 kW (300 Amp) Fine Plasma. They feature many technology enhancements to improve productivity and part quality.

The new Rasor Nest and PathMaster software provide a complete CAM system for your Rasor Machines. Add the Rasor Server to support up to 10 of the Rasor 5x10 and Rasor 4x8 cutting tables..
