Ordering consumables is easy. You can place your order by telephone, mail, E-mail, or FAX; using your own forms or the Ready-Made Order Form that we prepared for you. If you do not have the form, then call 1-800-70-RASOR, and we will FAX you a new one. You may also shop online.

Same Day Shipping

Usually, consumable orders will be shipped same day if received before 5:00 PM EST/EDT, Monday through Friday. Call if you have an emergency order!

Shipments - We normally ship UPS unless otherwise specified. UPS GROUND (Standard Delivery), UPS BLUE (2nd Day), UPS RED (Next Day), or UPS ORANGE (3^rd Day). UPS shipping charges will be billed to you at our cost. Duty, and taxes are customer's responsibility. Payment terms are net 30 days, FOB Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Return Information - Please be careful when ordering your torch components. Incorrect consumables can be returned without charge. However, other parts may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
